The NEFT Fly Tying Course
The next Fly Tying Course will begin on Monday, February 22, 2010, the week following our Annual Open House.The cost of the course is $47.00 for adults and $34.00 for those aged 16 years or younger and includes a copy of the New England Fly Tyers Manual of Fly Tying and a full year's membership. All materials for the course will be supplied for each lesson at the club only. Students must use their own materials for tying at home and must supply their own fly tying tools. We do have a few tool kits for late enrollees for use at the club until they have a chance to obtain their own.
The primary teaching tool is the NEFT Video Manual of Fly Tying backed up with the printed manual. Head instructor Jim McKenney will be assisted by other members acting as class monitors, thus assuring personal attention when needed.
